About Our Staff

Michael Prince is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W). He received his undergraduate degree from George Mason University and his MSW from Norfolk State University. He has over 30 years of post-graduate experience working with children (5 and over), adolescents, adults and families. Michael has extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma. He enjoys working with children that have ADHD, ODD, OCD and challenging family dynamics.

He has been certified as a professional witness in Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake Juvenile and Domestic courts. He frequently is consulted by Guardian Ad Litems to mediate family custody issues. He currently holds advanced certifications in EMDR with over 20 years experience using the technique to help trauma, anxiety and other stressful experiences.

Mr. Prince is an avid outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys boating, fishing, kayaking, hiking and camping.
